Job summary

Heraeus Medevio is seeking a Toolmaker for the White Bear Lake, MN site on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30-11:00 PM). The role involves designing, fabricating, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting tools to produce stamped components and other products.

On-site position with strict safety and documentation standards. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in English reading/writing.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/apprenticeship training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Designs, assembles, and troubleshoots parts or tools for production and testing.
• Uses precision measuring devices to fabricate parts and tooling.
• Sets up and operates CNC and manual tool room equipment.
• Collaborates with engineering and designers to improve tooling.
• Maintains tool room records and inventory, ensuring proper tool numbering.
