Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM systems and basic tooling knowledge.
• Experience with DRO-equipped equipment and manual toolroom machinery.
• Strong math skills and the ability to train and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Support daily production plans and communicate any issues to management.
• Collaborate with Toolroom Manager and internal customers to meet timing goals.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, grinders, etc.
• Design and fabricate fixtures and tooling for new products.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas to reduce labor and costs.
• Produce samples to support new product development.
• Ensure Quality standards are understood and maintained for on-time delivery.
