Job summary

Nemera in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a Mold Repair Technician to maintain tooling and support production with mold repair and preventive maintenance. The role collaborates with engineering, production and tooling staff to troubleshoot molds, create service work orders, coordinate repairs and verify molds are production-ready.

Requires a high school diploma and 5+ years of mold making/design experience, ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Create work orders for service of all molds and maintain records as required.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions for needed repairs.
• Verify molds are production ready; advise production and engineering of condition of molds.
• Train others on operation of equipment in the Tool Repair department.
• Other duties as assigned.

PAY RANGE:

$25.00 USD - $40.00 USD Hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

This is a 223 Days 12 hours position, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
