Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Tooling Technician for a leading medical device manufacturer in Dayton, OH. The role supports high-precision CNC tooling, inventory control, and seamless production across a state-of-the-art facility.
You will prep and assemble tooling, inspect for wear, manage tool usage and vendor coordination, and help optimize costs while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Competitive Compensation: Earn $20.00 - $23.00/hour, with higher pay rates negotiable for heavily experienced candidates.
Consistent Day Shift Schedule: Work Monday through Thursday, 6:50 AM - 5:15 PM, with an 8-hour shift on Fridays.
