Responsibilities

• Lead employees and optimize production performance within a department.
• Increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment while ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with changeover, set-ups, and maintenance scheduling.
• Set example for quality and housekeeping; provide training and feedback.
• Maintain records including maintenance reports, time/attendance, and scheduling.
• Encourage continuous improvement through SPS activities and problem-solving tools.
• Resolve conflicts, communicate openly, and drive production to objectives.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
