Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Tooling Supervisor to oversee extrusion tooling, ensuring safety and optimal performance. You will supervise tuning programs, assist in tool and product design, and collaborate with site management on employee-related efforts.

Based on the role, responsibilities include training, compliance tasks, discipline and engagement, while promoting CRH’s core values. On-site position located in Nephi, UT with a focus on safety and tool reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 2-year certificate in machinist-related field is required.
• Understanding of NVP QA spec guidelines.
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution preferred.
• Professional and personable; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Tune extrusion tools to produce parts to spec.
• Maintain existing extrusion tools so they produce at spec.
• Assist in design of new tools and products.
• Ensure all personnel are performing all job duties assigned; disciplinary/coaching as needed and manage PTO/timesheets.
• Set clear expectations for employees; other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
