Responsibilities

• Test tooling for Zeus product development.
• Conduct performance tests on new product tooling.
• Ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment; prepare operating and training manuals.
• Assist engineering and manufacturing in setting up and evaluating new equipment and processes.
• Perform equipment evaluation analysis to determine product capability.
• Assemble fixtures to support product development.
• Keep tooling and machines in good working condition.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain good communications within the department.
• Assist with tooling and setups.
