To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Tooling Operator in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Tooling Operator is responsible for carrying out the physical and administrative tasks related to the manufacturing of tubular structures within the moonshine workshop.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics and blueprints to assemble and disassemble work structures
• Classification and management of materials
• Acrylic cutting and thermoforming; wood cutting and surface upholstery
• Assembly of structures for workstations and installation of structures in production lines
• Provide preventive/corrective maintenance in the workshop
• Coordinate activities and work orders

Experience / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of measurement and taking of references
• Ability to handle sharp tools (cutter, garfiul) and other tools including disk lock, jigsaw, industrial stapler and bow with hacksaw
• Ability to operate rotating tools (drill, moto tool, pneumatic gun)
• Use of manual tools (pliers, screwdrivers, ratchets, hammer, spanners, T keys and L keys)
• Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams
• Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds at a time
• Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor
