Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in tooling design, development, and optimization within manufacturing.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) for tooling design.
Strong knowledge of stamping, injection molding, casting and related tooling requirements.
Experience with tool life management, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize tooling for manufacturing processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for tooling issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling meets production requirements.
