5+ years of tooling design, development, and optimization in manufacturing.
Proven CAD/CAM expertise (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and optimizes tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Analyzes production issues and implements tooling solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaborates with design, production, and quality teams on new product introduction and improvements.
Manages tooling lifecycle: procurement, maintenance, repair, replacement.
Conducts root cause analysis of tooling failures and implements corrective actions.
Evaluates and recommends new tooling technologies and materials.
Develops and maintains tooling documentation: specs, drawings, procedures.
