Qualifications

• 4+ years of mold/tool making experience
• High-cavitation mold experience
• Strong SolidWorks capability with complex assemblies
• Full mold layout design of gating, cooling, venting, and ejection systems
• HDPE molding experience and understanding of flow behavior
• DFM, GD&T analysis and design for manufacturability
• Modular tooling architecture experience with common mold bases
• Tooling reuse strategies for scalability and asset utilization
• MasterCAM daily use for machining and toolpath creation
