Join our Winsted, CT team as a Tooling Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations. You’ll help keep production moving by ensuring the right tooling, gages, fixtures, and setup materials are available when and where they’re needed
The Tooling Coordinator supports plant operations by managing, issuing, and maintaining tooling and setup kits used throughout the manufacturing floor. This position plays an important role in ensuring manufacturing teams have the correct tooling, gages, fixtures, and setup materials available when needed.
The Tooling Coordinator also supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on setup efficiency, tooling availability, inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and improved tooling and supply practices.
This role helps keep manufacturing running efficiently by ensuring the right tooling and setup materials are available, organized, accurately tracked, and ready for use when needed.
