Job summary

Lydech Thermal Acoustical Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to ensure safe, timely and efficient tooling changeovers on a manufacturing production line.

The role supports line setup, machine operation and adjustments throughout production runs. Responsibilities include coordinating die sets, communicating with shift leadership, and ensuring 6S standards while maintaining forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent.
• 3 years maintenance experience.
• 1 year manufacturing experience - press experience strongly preferred.
• Hydraulic training strongly preferred.
• Crane certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily line die sets and tool changes meet production requirements.
• Review schedules and requirements for each production line.
• Coordinate line changes/die sets at shift start-up for maximum effectiveness.
• Change out dies and associated components as needed for line/machine changeovers.
• Provide production support including tool handling, gripper installation, and basic machine operation.
• Maintain 6S standards in all work areas and adhere to safety rules.
