Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Tool Room Attendant / Warehouse Counter Associate in Whitehall, Michigan for 2nd shift, with initial training on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.75 per hour.

The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, locating and preparing parts, assisting customers at the service counter, receiving inventory, and maintaining an organized storeroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent, stable work experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to learn product information and inventory processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare items requested for pickup.
• Assist internal customers at the service counter.
• Locate parts, tools, supplies, and other requested inventory.
• Verify incoming inventory and stock items in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
• Read and follow work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Learn product and inventory information to effectively assist internal customers.
• Work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support warehouse and inventory activities across multiple locations as needed.
• Follow established attendance, safety, security, and workplace procedures.
