Trane Technologies is seeking Machinists and Tool and Die Makers for its La Crosse production facilities. This Union Hourly position requires a two-year associate degree or equivalent experience. Trane Technologies is now accepting applications for Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker positions at its La Crosse production facilities. This is a Union Hourly position.
Successful candidates must work safely and effectively as competent Machinists/Toolmakers in both tool room and production environments. Leadership and CNC machine experience are preferred. Candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, possess sound communication skills, have their own precision tools, perform quality work safely, and work well as part of a team.
A two-year associate degree in Machine Tool Technologies or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Journeyman Machinist or 4 years’ experience as a Tool and Die Maker is preferred. Candidates not meeting these criteria may be eligible for a company-paid apprenticeship program.
