Responsibilities

• Maintain records of issued tools and monitor tool room inventory.
• Receive new tools into the organization and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Order all necessary tools and equipment required for shop personnel.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain price quotes.
• Submit new orders to management for approval.
• Request purchase orders from the Purchasing Department.
• Maintain tools and consumables in a well-organized manner.
• Maintain and file documentation required for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and departments.
• Maintain communication with shop leads and supervisors.
