Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Small Tools / Equipment Manager to oversee daily tool room operations, inventory, and LO TO compliance across active job sites. You’ll ensure tools and equipment are safe, available, and maintained to support construction activities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety standards while supporting field operations and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in tool room operations, equipment management, or construction support in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of small tools, construction equipment, inventory control, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day tool room operations, including issuance, return, tracking, and storage of tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document all transactions.
• Enforce lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures and safety regulations.
