  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged items, lost tools, or replacement needs.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and reconciliation activities to ensure record accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming tools, equipment, and materials for damage or discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and efficient tool room environment.
  • Assist with stocking, labeling, organizing, and storing inventory items.

Position Summary The Tool Room Attendant supports construction operations by managing, tracking, and maintaining tools, equipment, hardware, consumables, and materials used in the field. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient resource distribution, and proper documentation to support safe, productive, and continuous jobsite operations. The Tool Room Attendant works closely with field supervisors, foremen, vendors, and project personnel to maintain inventory accuracy and tool room organization in a fast-paced construction environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
