The role offers a full-time, hourly position with a competitive rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude, plus basic hand-tool experience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support toolmakers in breakdown, assembly, and repair of stamping dies.
• Clean, inspect, and organize tooling components.
• Assist with die changeovers and tooling prep.
• Manage retrieval and staging of materials and tooling.
• Operate shop tools safely and use measuring devices to verify parts.
• Maintain documentation and identify tooling parts.
• Keep tool room tidy and hazard-free.
• Monitor inventory of shop supplies.
