Lunar Tool & Mold, a second-generation precision manufacturing firm at the forefront of Ohio’s aerospace industry, is HIRING NOW for experienced Level 2 and 3 Tool/Mold Maker Journeypersons to join our elite team. Operating since 1965, we bring nearly six decades of expertise in designing, engineering, machining, and manufacturing high-precision tools and molds for defense contractors and aerospace firms across the United States. Our state-of-the-art facility in North Royalton, OH, is equipped with top-tier technology, including Southwest/Bridgeport Bed and Knee mills, Makino EDMs, and cutting-edge CNC tooling from Makino, Mitsubishi, and Hwacheon. As a Tool/Mold Maker Journeyperson, you’ll play a critical role in crafting precision components that power aerospace innovation, ensuring the tooling we create meets the highest standards demanded by our global clientele. Precision Machining: Plan and build a variety of components used in mold tool design, maintaining tight tolerances of +/- 0.001" as required. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to guide the machining process accurately.
