Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation in Morristown, TN is seeking a Tool Maker for the 2nd Shift in our manufacturing operation at the Cummins Inc. facility. You will analyze and manufacture complex components using machine tools and uphold safety protocols.

The role emphasizes TPM, quality workmanship, and mentoring teammates, with opportunities to improve processes and equipment uptime. This position offers a stable, hands-on environment with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as required.
• Knowledge of tool and die practices and metal machining equipment.
• Experience with saws, milling machines, drilling/tapping, grinding, CNC lathes, welding, die polishing and die assembly.
• General safety around electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
