Job summary

Ferco Aerospace is seeking a Tool Maker on 1st shift to build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures for production. You’ll set up and operate tool room equipment and assist production teams in resolving tooling issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and prior toolmaking experience is preferred. Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional overtime on Fridays; benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
• Set up and operate all tool room equipment.
• Assist production teams in resolving tooling issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.

Position Demands:

• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Perform bending, twisting, turning, carrying, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Pass vision screenings.
• Work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays.
