Pexco in Wisconsin is seeking a Tool Room Maintenance Technician to maintain, inspect, and clean tooling, dies, and related equipment. This role supports Design Engineers with tool prep, assists with line setup and teardown, and provides maintenance support.
The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of factory experience; forklift experience is a plus. Training on 1st shift precedes a move to 2nd shift, with a focus on safety and quality.
This position will train on 1st shift before moving to second shift.
The Tool Room Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and inspecting tooling, extrusion dies, and related equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition. This role supports Design Engineers with new tool preparation, assists with line setup and teardown, and provides general maintenance and production support as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This position requires light to moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Regularly requires standing, sitting, reaching, and moving about the facility. Eye, ear, and footwear protection are required in designated areas.
