Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing is seeking an Install Qualification Operations Specialist to drive tool installation, readiness, and qualification across complex semiconductor fab projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires onsite presence five days a week and close coordination with manufacturing, design, construction, OEMs, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or related field and 3+ years of experience in Project Management, or Equipment/Engineering Tool Owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
• Associate's Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing and 5+ years of experience in Project Management, or Equipment/Engineering Tool Owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, or Equipment/Engineering Tool Owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Own key tool install milestones including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization, and qual.
• Support troubleshooting for Supplier Qual and Intel Qual to quickly resolve issues.
• Drive micro schedule and pull plan development to support tool install milestones.
• Manage decoupled construction paths SET/SL2 to accelerate readiness.
• Coordinate testing and facility readiness
• Lead and execute factory equipment de-install, decommissioning, decontamination, and demo activities throughout the 6D lifecycle.
