Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or related field with 3+ years PM or tool-owner experience.
• Associate's Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing with 5+ years PM or tool-owner experience.
• 7+ years of PM experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool install milestones including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization and qualification.
• Coordinate cross-functional design reviews with CIT, TICE, Layout and OEMs to align tool specs.
• Manage supplier and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive lean planning and shrink DCNs/DCRs to minimize delays and changes.

The role is responsible for equipment install execution from pre-design through design finish and set to SL2 signoff, ensuring safe delivery, accurate scope definition, efficient construction, and prompt vendor qualification. This position requires five days per week onsite presence and close coordination with manufacturing, design, construction, OEMs, trade contractors, and supplier partners.Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Safety and ComplianceChampion Intel's Culture of Caring and ensure safe behaviors across design and construction activitiesEnforce cleanroom, IP protection, and site protocols to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency audits.Install and Qualification ExecutionOwn key tool install milestones including set, rigging, placement, hook up, energization, and qualSupport troubleshooting for Supplier Qual and Intel Qual to quickly resolve issuesDrive micro schedule and pull plan development to support tool install milestonesManage decoupled construction paths SET/SL2 to accelerate readinessCoordinate testing and facility readiness (LSS, eFIT, TAB, networking, ESOPN).Design and Scope AlignmentLoad complete tool install scope in DAC prior to design engagementParticipate in cross functional design reviews with CIT, TICE, Layout, OEMs, and module teamsValidate OEM data and ensure alignment with Intel standards (SEED/EDS/UDS)Support LSP creation, routing validation, POC assignments, and space managementReduce changes by minimizing DCNs, DCRs, and late-stage modificationsExecution Planning and Stakeholder CoordinationLead multi supplier coordination meetings and execution planning sessionsTranslate technical/business requirements into actionable plans and schedulesForecast equipment and resource needsEnsure readiness and prompt delivery of tools, prefac kits, globals, and partsCoordinate equipment decon and demo activitiesSupplier and Vendor ManagementManage OEMs and third-party vendors to achieve best-in-class qual durationsDrive early vendor enablement and facility readiness using ESOPN.
