Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to support our Midland, TX operations. The role manages inventory of supplies, materials and equipment, keeps the tool crib organized, and ensures vehicle inspection reports are completed monthly.

You will track utilization and vehicle assignments, assist with preventative maintenance, and perform light mechanical tasks as needed; on-site work requires strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of DOT policies and procedures.
• Proficient in common software (MS Word, Excel, Quickbase) and able to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet and driver records and support fleet needs.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
• Assign vehicles and track utilization and costs.
• Perform minor light-duty mechanical work.
• Ensure monthly vehicle inspection reports and preventive maintenance.
