Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Hands-on tooling, fixturing, and CNC machining experience
• Experience creating detailed tooling/fixturing drawings

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate production tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Create CAD drawings and models for tooling and fixturing
• Collaborate with machining, quality, and production teams
• Oversee fabrication, testing, and continuous improvement
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new/existing products
• Support PFMEA, control plans, and process validation
