Gibbs Die Casting is seeking a Tool & Die Technician on the 3rd shift in Henderson, KY to maintain and repair dies, perform rebuilds, and ensure tooling stays in top condition so production keeps moving and customers receive quality parts.
You’ll use lathes, mills, and grinders, read blueprints, and work with precision measurements in a hands-on environment. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in a machine shop are required; willingness to pursue Journeyman or Apprenticeship supports growth.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a hot production environment. The position requires standing, working with tools and machinery, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety is a priority, and proper PPE is required.
