Ace Metal Works in Folcroft, PA, is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to maintain, repair, and continuously improve stamping tooling. You will troubleshoot dies, perform preventive maintenance, and help minimize downtime across the press department.
You will build a digital tooling library, document repair procedures, and collaborate with engineering and production to raise reliability and productivity while reducing setup time and scrap.
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 (Based on Experience)

We're seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to become the technical expert responsible for maintaining, repairing, and continuously improving the tooling that powers our stamping operation.
This is more than a traditional tool room position.
You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime, extending tool life, documenting tribal knowledge, and helping build a world-class manufacturing operation.
Position Summary
The Tool & Die Technician is responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of all production tooling used within our press department.
This individual will troubleshoot tooling problems, perform preventive maintenance, repair dies, and work closely with production to minimize downtime.
In addition, this role will lead the effort to document, organize, and digitize our tooling assets, creating a permanent knowledge base that supports future growth.
