Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production dies and tooling.
• Operate precision machinery and hand tools to manufacture and repair tooling components.
• Install, repair, and adjust die sensors and safety devices.
• Lay out, fit, and assemble cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
• Read blueprints to determine machining layouts and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot stamping dies, including die timing and adjustments.
