Job summary

Precision Resource Huntington Beach is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to manufacture and repair tooling, and to rebuild existing production tooling to engineering prints. You will create gauges/fixtures and perform precision machining and grinding to tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus 4 years in Tool & Die making, and at least 5 years in stamping dies with strong measuring and reading drawings skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 4-year apprenticeship in Tool & Die making is required.
• Minimum 5 years of stamping dies experience and related grinding/manufacturing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and repair tooling per engineering prints and standards.
• Produce job-specific fixtures and gauges; perform precision machining and grinding.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain adherence to OSHA regulations and IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production requirements.
