Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or apprenticeship in Tool and Die making or related.
• 3+ years of experience as Tool and Die Maker in manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC and manual machining.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and assemble tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Schedule and assign work, monitor progress.
• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment to fabricate components.
• Conduct precision measurements to ensure tools and dies meet tight tolerances.
• Implement preventive maintenance to ensure longevity of tooling.
• Review tooling designs to meet production requirements and lead improvements.
