Challenge Mfg. Company is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to join their Pontiac, MI team on a W Shift. This role involves maintaining and repairing dies, setting up machine tools, and ensuring production efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience and a background in machining and tooling.

Who We Want:
Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs dies, die components, and tooling used in the production process. Analyzes specifications, lays
out metal stock, and sets up and operations machine tools to make and repair dies.
What You’ll Do:
Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauge pins and blocks, various other types of measurement equipment
When and Where:
This will be a W Shift position ( Mon -Thurs, 5:00am - 5:00pm ) located at our Plant in Pontiac, MI
