Essential Functions for the Job
  1. Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Must be proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  3. Must possess good organization skills.
  4. Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
  5. Must be able to reach overhead.
  6. Must be able to work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions.
  7. Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing activities.
  8. Must have working knowledge of surface grinders, mills, lathes, and CNCs.
  9. Must have a positive and cooperative attitude toward co-workers, suppliers, and customers.
  10. Must have working knowledge of our products and production processes.
  11. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  12. Must be able to read micrometers, calipers, and measuring tapes to within 1/32 of an inch.
  13. Must be able to troubleshoot die problems and perform routine die maintenance.
  14. Must be able to interpret blueprints, bills of material, and die sets; then fabricate, assemble, and prove out tooling to blueprint specifications.
