Atterro in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Tool and Die Maker for 1st or 2nd shift. Pay is $42.85 per hour, with overtime available. You will build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures, read blueprints, and operate CNC equipment to produce precision components.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (technical training or CNC/Tool Technology preferred) and at least 1 year of Tool & Die Maker experience. Must read drawings and use precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with CNC lathes and tool room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to produce precision components.
• Operate tool room machinery, including CNC equipment.
• Perform die repair and preventative maintenance activities.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerances.
• Support tooling improvements and manufacturing operations.
