An established industry player is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join their team. This role involves building, repairing, and troubleshooting tools and dies while supporting press room operations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with extensive experience in tool/die making. 2nd Shift Opportunity
Under the supervision of the Tool Room Area Manager, the candidate is responsible for building, repairing, and troubleshooting tools and dies, supporting the press room during die sets, and collecting and analyzing data to improve part processing and quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Training and experience: Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a certified 4-year apprenticeship in die making and/or tool die making, or eight years of consecutive work experience in a tool/die shop building tools and dies. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: High School / GED (preferred)
Experience: 4-8 years of apprenticeship or work experience in Tool & Die (preferred)
