POSITION SUMMARY – Responsible for selecting proper steels, tools, and techniques to produce parts from raw stock to finished parts, running all manual machines in tool room, as well as heat treating of tool steels, setting dies in press, welding, fabricating, and repairing broken parts without assistance. WORK ENVIRONMENT — Must be willing and able to work in an environment exposed to elements that can include but are not limited to coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise, and uncontrolled temperatures.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate’s Degree preferred
Experience: At least three years of experience in Tool and Die
Computer Skills: Must demonstrate computer literacy; Familiarity with CAD Software including Solid Works, AutoCAD, Master CAM and die designs preferred
Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license required; Must pass and maintain written and driving test for forklift certification as well as crane training
Other Requirements: Must possess own tools needed for the job; Ability to be on call outside normal work hours
