Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker for a stable, long-term position in the Stormville, NY area. You will build, set up, repair and maintain high-speed progressive dies, and troubleshoot tooling issues to keep production running smoothly.

You will work with precision measuring equipment and microscope inspection in a small team that values pride in workmanship and offers strong overtime earnings, training and progression opportunities.

Salary: USD40 - USD80 per hour

Are you an experienced Tool and Die Maker looking for a stable, long-term position where you can earn strong money, work plenty of overtime and join a close-knit manufacturing team that values people who take pride in their work?

This is a great opportunity to join an established precision manufacturer where you will work on highly technical progressive dies, receive Specelist Technical training on therepresses and be supported as you settle into the company’s processes and equipment.

You will work across high-speed progressive tooling in a hands-on role focused on setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and keeping production running smoothly. The position offers a consistent 50-hour week, with overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours per day, giving you strong earning potential.

This position would suit someone looking for stability, strong earnings and the chance to become an important part of a small manufacturing team, with opportunities to develop your technical skills, train others and progress into greater responsibility over time.
