Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a highly skilled professional with 5+ years in setup, troubleshooting, fabrication, and production of progressive, compound, four-slide, and secondary tooling. A CT-approved journeyperson with completed apprenticeship is preferred.

Strong blueprint and GD&T reading abilities, with exposure to Medical/Aerospace environments (ISO 13485, AS9100) and expertise in lean manufacturing frameworks.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in setup, troubleshooting, fabrication, and production of progressive, compound, four-slide, and secondary tooling.
• CT-approved journeyperson with completed apprenticeship.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience in progressive stamping, SPC, and ISO quality standards.
• Exposure to Medical/Aerospace environments (ISO 13485, AS9100).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S.
• Understanding of Manufacturing/Quality Engineering, DFM/DFA, production standards, and cost of quality.
