Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division in Washington, PA is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Machinist to maintain and repair complex dies for uninterrupted production of our steel boxes. This hands-on role requires precision machining, blueprint reading, and die tooling experience.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safety‑driven environment. The position offers opportunities to develop high‑level machinist skills with diverse tasks and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to machine and construct tooling to drawings.
• Ability to read and alter CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with manual lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
• Familiarity with tool steels like D2/A2 and copper.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to set up and operate tools.
• Perform precision machining: cutting, drilling, grinding, milling, turning.
• Inspect machined components to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain and repair dies, diagnose faults, and perform repairs.
