• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers.
• Ability to program using Mastercam is required.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and run CNC Vertical & Horizontal Milling Centers.
• Inspect your own parts and maintain accurate inspection documentation.
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers.

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts includingengine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.This is afull-time, second-shiftposition in a clean, climate controlled, well-equipped facility where your work makes a real impact. What you need to succeed:

• 3+ yearsof experienceoperating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers isrequired.
• Ability to program usingMastercamisrequired.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, Program and Run CNC Vertical & Horizontal Milling Centers
• Inspect your own parts
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
• Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
• Maintain a safe working environment
