Job summary

Trispoke managed services is seeking a Tool Engineer in Ocala, FL, on a 4/10 schedule (1st shift). The role focuses on designing dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production or experiments, using 3D modeling tools and CAD/CAM. Candidates must have a mechanical or industrial engineering background with extensive CAD/CAM experience and a U.S.

citizenship requirement. Primary duties include creating tool designs, ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations, and leveraging Windchill PLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or CREO).
• At least 6 years of experience with CAD/CAM systems (Creo) and PLM (Windchill).
• Harness Board design experience.
• U.S. Citizen due to facility access.

Responsibilities

• Design dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, harness boards, prototype models, and robotics end-of-arm tooling.
• Consider accessibility, ergonomics, safety, economy, mobility, and performance requirements when developing solutions.
• Designs, develops and implements industrial machinery and equipment, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures and prototypes for production or experimental use.
• May use CAD/CAM to design tools.
