Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Iuka, MS is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant Level 1/2 to receive, store, and issue tools, fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. You will maintain records, run periodic inventory, and requisition stock as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to learn procedures, and proficient with data entry and Excel. Level 2 requires 2 years experience; familiarity with SAP or CribMaster and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Level 1 requires 0 year experience, Level 2 requires 2 years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to use/hold/manipulate small tools with hands; fine manipulation
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue tools, fixtures, dies, and measuring devices
• Maintain records of tools issued; periodic inventory; requisition stock as needed
• Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment; dispose of surplus equipment
• Ensure that measuring devices are calibrated; use computers to enter transactions
