Job summary

Thunderbird Molding is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to manage the parts crib, receive, store, and issue tools for the plant. You will unload and store materials, perform receiving transactions, and support inventory accuracy.

You will communicate supply issues to supervisors and assist with PPE and component dispensing. Key requirements include knowledge of inventory control, strong communication, organization, and forklift handling skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control required.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with proactive approach.
• Forklift/material handling skills required.
• Basic math skills for verification of receipt quantities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service to plant-wide employees.
• Maintain accurate inventories and a safe, organized environment.
• Dispense PPE, parts and supplies and perform system transactions.
• Send parts for repair and follow up on status.
• Communicate potential supply problems to supervisor and purchasing.
• Maintain logbooks for issuing production components.
• Move material with forklift and mini crane.
• Other duties as assigned.
