Job summary

Turtle is hiring a Storeroom Attendant in Athens, GA. This Monday–Friday role (7am–4pm) supports the client site by maintaining the tool crib, inspecting and issuing tools, and logging transactions in CMMS. You will count, organize, and replenish stock while coordinating with maintenance teams.

Key qualifications include a High School Diploma, experience with supply cribs, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires physical lifting and accuracy in record-keeping within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating supply cribs daily.
• Mechanical or industrial background preferred.
• Experience with maintenance and manufacturing personnel is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain tools for wear, damage, or defects.
• Audit inventory and report discrepancies.
• Keep tool crib organized and clean.
• Log tool transactions in CMMS.
• Receive, unpack, store tools and replenish stock.
• Perform cycle counting and tagging.
• Coordinate customer needs.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver tools to workers, using hand cart as needed.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling to reduce breakdowns.
