You will purchase maintenance parts, liaise with vendors, process receiving paperwork, and maintain accurate records. The position requires physical capability and adherence to safety policies in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase maintenance parts and services from vendors using information from maintenance department
• Handle paperwork and data entry related to receiving materials and supplies
• Maintain data entry for maintenance spending/monthly or as requested
• Keep maintenance parts inventory current and accurate through physical handling and documentation
• Perform stockroom inventory audits/monthly or as requested
• Receive, store and identify parts as needed
• Pick up parts at local suppliers as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area clean
• Must be physically capable to lift 50lbs
