Job summary

AerSale in Millington, TN, seeks a Warehouse/Materials Stores associate to manage daily tooling and inventory duties. You will process documentation, coordinate with maintenance and customers, and ensure accurate cycle counts and traceability of work packages.

Requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. Forklift and hazardous materials certs are preferred. This is an on-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience.
• Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Materials Stores department.
• Meet inventory goals and performance standards.
• Process documentation, labeling, and traceability for work packages.
• Coordinate with expeditors, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Customer.
• Maintain cycle counts and report discrepancies in the system.
• Ensure safety programs and a clean, orderly work area.
