Job summary

Yulista Aerospace and Defense LLC is seeking a Tools and Parts Attendant to manage the tool room, assets, and shop supplies while enforcing safety and control programs. The role supports maintenance operations and requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn additional software.

Responsibilities include inventory control, supplies distribution to production, and assisting with semi-annual audits.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read safety rules, federal regulations, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining the tool room and equipment.
• Enforces FOD and Tool Control program throughout the facility.
• Ensures all equipment is tracked using the asset database.
• Supports consumable asset program and ensures adequate resources.
• Inspects equipment to verify serviceability and maintenance needs.
• Maintains safe operations across the facility.
• Executes preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Manages tool room, issues tools, HazMat, and supplies to production staff.
• Identifies shortfalls and manages tool serviceability program.
• Follows operating procedures and quality management system requirements.
• Assists with facility/equipment prep for semi-annual audits.
• Performs other duties as required by the Hangar Operations Manager.
