Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution (Required)
• Five or more years of experience in tool making/mold making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• State-issued Journeymen's papers for Tool & Die and/or Mold Making or 8+ years of job shop experience
• Previous experience in constructing turbine/airfoil molds and dies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Math and Trigonometry knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of tooling processes

While not exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing PPE (personal protective equipment). Following all safety precautions will reduce injury risk.

Job Description:

• This role involves the mechanical construction of molds and dies, applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Lead the construction of multiple products concurrently.
• Interpret design blueprints to plan die/mold making.
• Perform operations within close tolerances.
• Maintain own tools and toolbox.
• Inspect own work for quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Programming teams during manufacturing.
• Operate machinery such as Bridge Port, grinders, saws, and EDM.
• Adhere to Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR standards.

Shift Schedule: 9 p.m. - 5:30 a.m., Monday - Friday
