We're looking for a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. In this role, you'll be working with precision tools and machinery to create, maintain, and repair parts, molds, and tools. From reading detailed blueprints to handling complex machining operations, this position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys problem-solving on the shop floor.

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or models to determine materials and machine setups
• Machine high-precision parts using equipment like mills, lathes, and surface grinders
• Perform detailed grinding, fitting, polishing, and finishing to meet tight tolerances
• Handle advanced manual machining (boring, contour milling, threading, engraving, etc.)
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Operate CNC machines and use CAD/CAM software when needed
• Maintain and repair injection molds, including hydraulic and electrical components
• Reverse engineer components and rebuild hot runner systems as needed
• Work safely and efficiently while helping maintain shop organization and equipment
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tool & Die apprenticeship or equivalent experience (preferred, but not required)
• Solid manual machining skills and ability to work from technical drawings
• Familiar with CNC equipment and CAD/CAM tools
• Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
